SUDBURY DELPHI BALLROOM DANCE CLUB
Teaching is carried out in an informal atmosphere. After 8pm on Monday night the hall is open for free dancing practice the club providing the music. Dancers of all abilities can perfect the movements taught in the classes and experiment with their own ideas and practice the occasional sequence dance. The club regularly holds party nights where members are shown the popular fun dances.

SUDBURY DELPHI BALLROOM DANCING EVENTS
1st Saturday Dance - Held on the first Saturday each month.
Music by both local and national musicians including keyboard players and live bands. Dances are 50/50 ballroom and popular sequence dances. The evening commences at 8pm and normally finishes at 11.15pm. A fully licensed bar is available throughout the evening. Entrance fee £5 members and £7 for non members, payable at the door.
Dancing Club Members Party Night
Twice a year before the summer break in August and the Christmas holiday, the Club hosts a party night. This is an opportunity for all the members from the various classes to get together, bring a plate to share, practice the fun dances and enjoy a social evening with demonstrations from the instructors.
Retired Members Dinner
An extremely popular event, originally set up for the retired members of the Delphi Social Club. It is run in association with the dancing club, and is open to non members. The event consists of dinner followed by about three quarters of an hour of bingo to let the meal go down, then 50/50 ballroom and popular sequence dancing for the rest of the evening. Wednesday Afternoon - The Delphi Tea Dance
Every alternate Wednesday, Cheryl and friends run a tea dance in aid of local charities such as St. Nicolas Hospice, Bury St Edmunds. Dancing commences at 2pm until 4.15pm, and music is supplied by local musicians or disc players. Dancing is 50/50 ballroom and popular sequence. Entrance is currently £4 and includes tea, biscuits and raffle ticket.
