Aerobics is ideal for keeping the pounds off, increasing your stamina and even keeping illnesses at bay by boosting your immune system.  A great all-rounder, and good fun too.  Performed to music, this 30-minute class improves cardiovascular performance as you move all your muscles and body to the beat.

As your heart beats faster so your blood flow improves, both washing away waste products like carbon dioxide, and releasing those endorphins, making you smile your way through the class. Sounds good, right?  Aerobics is ideal for keeping the pounds off, increasing your stamina and even keeping illnesses at bay by boosting your immune system. A great all-rounder, and good fun too.

Most health authorities recommend at least 20 minutes exercise performed three times each week.
